In all this procedure, what you have to do after making a very good looking them is that you must make a demo page to actually experience the people your theme. Also try to limit your number of sponser links to one or two. Because if you have designed a theme you will be putting your own link in the footer as well and more number of links will decrease your price. Also if there are more number of links in the footer, then a user who has downloaded that theme will try to remove those links.
